Founded by Lauren Connolly and Neesh Chaudhary, we bring 15 years of experience each to shaping how companies look, work, and connect with people. We partner with founders and established organizations to give ideas a language and system of their own- from a brand’s identity to the details of a digital product.

We grew up offline and came into our own online. A little of both goes into everything we make.

‍Lauren Connolly — Co-founder

Lauren is a design leader with a background at Zora, Meta, Spotify, Yelp, Mozilla Firefox, and TripAdvisor. She builds products and the teams behind them, combining research, big-picture thinking, and hands-on craft. Her work spans early products and platforms used by billions.

‍Neesh Chaudhary — Co-founder

Neesh is a designer and creative director whose work spans emerging technology, brand, and culture. Her recent work includes close collaborations with the teams at Nous Research, Parallel Web Systems, and Tenstorrent, shaping brands and products at the frontiers of AI. She brings a systems approach and an artist’s eye to complex ideas.
